The aim of INSO is to ensure that public and voluntary service practitioners have fast and easy access to intellectual resources which can bring added value to their own work.

on this premise. We use ICT technologies and, as importantly, direct
personal contact, to deliver the service.
INSO provides information, communication and networking services including public and community sector consultations, facilitation and research.
